SLATE CALLS

Paul Meek has been offering Slate calls for pver thirty years. With these calls, there have been many turkeys taken and many contests won! Clucks and purrs are just about impossible to beat on them. A good slate player can make all the calls of the wild turkey and the kee kee of the young jake.

Glass and Slate Combo: the top left photo is the bottom of the call which is slate, the right photo is the top of the call which is glass. Call can be played from both sides, giving you two different sounds. You can produce a high frequency sound on the glass side. Or turn it over and you will get a soft sound.
