SLATE CALLS

Paul Meek offers two types of Slate calls. With these calls, there have been many turkeys taken and many contest won! Clucks and purrs are just about impossible to beat on them. A good slate player can make all the calls of the wild turkey and the kee kee of the young jake.

Aluminum and Glass Combo the top left photo is the bottom of the call which is glass, the bottom left photo is the top of the call which is aluminum. Call can be played from both sides, giving you two different sounds. Comes with a carbon and walnut striker. A lot of high frequncy turkey sound in this one. Call works well in wet conditions. Glass & Slate Combo, the top right photo is the bottom of the call which is slate, toning the frequncey down to a sweeter sound. The bottom right photo is the top of the call which is glass. Comes with a solid walnut striker. Call can be played from both sides giving you two different sounds.
